Moles (Nevus)

An unsightly mole can be removed leaving hardly a scar using fractional CO2 laser technology.

The doctor must first ensure that the mole presents no danger of skin cancer.

The mole or moles are then vaporised by the CO2 laser after application of a simple local anaesthetic.

Once the small layer of scar tissue falls away, a slight reddening of the skin will remain for a few weeks.
